Chief of Staff is in charge of the Office of the President and within the Office are Advisors to the President, as well as the Protocol of the President, Office of Decorations and Media Relations Office of the President.

Chief of Staff to the President of the Republic is in charge of the Office of the President, he monitors timely execution of duties and activities of the President and cooperation with relevant state and other organizations and institutions in order to define and implement policies.
 
Chief of Staff to the President of the Republic is Ivica Kojić.
