Christmas congratulation
President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić conveyed today Christmas congratulations to the Archbishop of Belgrade and Metropolitan Stanislav Hočevar and to all Christian believers who celebrate Christmas according to the Gregorian calendar. The congratulation reads:
„Your Excellency,
To you, the clergy and all the believers who celebrate Christmas according to the Gregorian calendar, I heartily congratulate the Christmas holidays and wish a happy New Year 2021.
May the joy of Christmas, that magnificent event of the birth of Christ that initiated and revealed eternity to all generations at all times, inspire us today to respond with optimism and responsibility to the great challenges facing our country, its citizens and all humanity in the coming year.
