Letter of Condolences to the President and Prime Minister of the Republic of Albania
President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić conveyed a letter of condolence to the President and Prime Minister of the Republic of Albania, Ilir Meta and Edi Rama, on the occasion of the powerful earthquake that struck this country. The letter reads:
„It is with sadness that we watch the images of devastation in Durres and other places in Albania. Allow me to extend to you and to the families of those who died my sincere condolences as well as to express sympathy with those who search for their loved ones.
It is difficult to predict such disasters and stop the ruthless force of nature, but if Serbia could be of assistance in any way, we are ready to provide any kind of help in relieving the consequences of the devastating earthquake”, states the letter of condolence of President Vučić.
