President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of India Subrahmanyam Jaishankar to discuss bilateral relations and economic cooperation.
President Vučić expressed the gratitude for the principled position of the Republic of India on the non-recognition of the unilaterally proclaimed independence of Kosovo and respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Serbia. More than 70 companies from India operate in Serbia, and there are many more that are interested in investing in Serbia, especially in the fields of agriculture, IT industry and tourism.
