President Vučić meets the Secretary of State to the Ministry of Public Action and Accounts of the Republic of France

President Vučić thanked for the readiness of France to provide the technical expertise in the area of public administration reform as it was highlighted in the joint statement of the two Heads of State, harmonised during the visit of President Macron. He pointed out that considering the reputation and influence of President Macron and France within the European and the global politics, the cooperation with France and its support are of the greatest significance for Serbia.

 

The Secretary of State Dussopt conveyed that President Macron told the French Ministers that the visit to Serbia was very important for him and that he asked them to do all to realise the then signed documents and agreed projects. The French official said that the exchange of experiences in the public administration reform is only one of the ways for France to help Serbia in the reforms that are required on its European path.

 

President Vučić conveyed his greetings to President Macron who, as he said, won a huge affection of the Serbian people and whose powerful messages delivered in Kalemegdan are still remembered. He thanked for the strong incentive President Macron gave with his immense energy to the Serbian-French relations and for returning Serbia into the interest area of France as well as for the initiative to support the dialogue between Belgrade and Priština together with Germany.
