Telephone talks with President of the Republic of Turkey
President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić and President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan in their talk over the telephone earlier tonight expressed their satisfaction with the continuous progress of the political dialogue and economic cooperation between the two countries.
In this respect, the two presidents acknowledged that their joint decision on establishment of the High Council for Cooperation proved to have been sound, and they expressed the expectation that the next session of the Council should be held during the official visit of the Turkish President to Serbia.
In addition to bilateral relations, President Vučić and President Erdogan also addressed the regional situation. President Erdogan gave his support to the policy of peace and cooperation advanced by President Vučić thus promoting stability in the region. They agreed that only in that way a higher interest of investors and economic growth can be provided.
